An industrial visit to Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Baddi, Haryana was successfully organized on 26th February 2026 for pharmacy students as part of their academic curriculum. A total of 57 students from S.Y. B.Pharm and T.Y. B.Pharm participated in the industrial visit under the guidance of the faculty coordinators Mr. Pranay Shirke and Ms. Varsha Gaikwad. The visit was successfully conducted with the active involvement of both faculty members and students, making it an informative and valuable learning experience for all participants.

Objectives of the Visit

The primary objective of this visit was to provide students with practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and overall industrial functioning.

A total of 60 students from First Year Diploma in Pharmacy participated in the visit under the supervision of faculty coordinators Dr. Satish Pandav and Mr. Pranay Shirke. The visit was effectively conducted with enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty, making it a highly informative and enriching experience.

Objectives of the Visit

Bio-Herbal Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is a GMP-certified and FDA-approved manufacturing company engaged in the development and production of herbal, cosmetic, skincare, body care, baby care, hair care, and men's grooming products. The company specializes in Contract Manufacturing, Private Label Manufacturing, Custom Formulation, and New Product Development. The organization follows stringent quality standards and utilizes natural ingredients tested according to the Indian Herbal Pharmacopoeia.

Description of the Visit

An Industrial Visit was organized for D. Pharm students to Bio-Herbal Remedies Pvt. Ltd., Palghar on 16th April 2026. A total of 60 students accompanied by faculty members participated in the visit. The visit began with an introductory session conducted by company representatives, providing an overview of the organization, its manufacturing facilities, product categories, and quality standards.

Students were taken through different sections of the manufacturing unit where they observed the complete process involved in the production of skincare and cosmetic products. The visit was successfully conducted with the active involvement and cooperation of both students and faculty members.
